Ni hao, ‘nauts and a happy 2nd birthday:

The results are in! For this year’s big bash, you’ve chosen A Fan Ti, a greatest hit from Year One. If you were there, you’ll no doubt remember the plate of eyeballs, the duck gizzards, the testicles, the mystery head meat, the salted hunch, and the table littered with bottles of Koo Lai (Coors Light). We literally eviscerated a herd of goats. That sad fact aside, we all left raving about this little, dumpy, Northern Chinese hole in the wall: the food was amazingly good and we managed to get mostly everything we ordered–pretty good considering they don’t speak any English. So, let’s do it all over again….
